RAZVAN LAZAR, 35, of Spruce Drive, Bicester, pleaded not guilty to drink driving but was found guilty. He pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time. On May 10 in Bicester, he drove a Mercedes with tests showing he had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. Lazar was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £350. On October 20 he without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on July 17. He was fined £350.

HANNAH FENN, 45, of Rosamund Road, Wolvercote, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On January 1 in Wytham she was driving a Mitsubishi Outlander on the A34 at Botley when she had a proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine (BZE), in her blood exceeding the specified limit. Fenn was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £600.

MARK MCDONAGH, 27, of Fettiplace Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to common assault of an emergency worker and being drunk and disorderly in a public place. On August 27 he assaulted a police officer in Didcot. McDonagh was fined £162 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

KERRY WHEELER, 41, of Bartlett Close, Witney, pleaded guilty to drug driving, driving without third party insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. On April 6 in Oxford, she was driving a Skoda Octavia on Abingdon Road when the 794ug/L of Benzoylecgonine (BZE) was found in her blood. Wheeler was disqualified from driving for 3 years and fined £300.00.

RODNEY FELTON, 58, of Briar Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On May 3 in Oxford, he drove an Audi on Blackbird Leys Road when 2.9ug/L of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol was found in his blood. Felto was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120.

KERRY ARCHER, 33, of Kennett Houses, Tadmarton Road, Bloxham, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On May 6 in Adderbury, she was driving a Honda on Aynho Road when 6.5ug/L of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol  was found in her blood. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £350.

GRAHAM DENTON, 39, of Rowan House, Sandford Road, Littlemore, OXFORD, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property under £5000. On November 3 at Rowan House without lawful excuse, he damaged a door and fittings belonging to Littlemore Hospital. Denton was jailed for 4 weeks as the offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

CAMERON ROSE, 18, of Bath Street, Abingdon pleaded guilty to drug driving. On April 9 in Padworth, he drove a Piaggio Libert Scooter on the A4 Bath Road when 3.1ug of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in was found in per litre of his blood. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100.
