JENNIFER OSHEA, 59, of Cheddington Lane in Long Marston, pleaded guilty to drunk driving. On September 23 of this year at Henley she drove a blue Volkswagen on Gainsborough Road and was found to have 127 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Oshea was handed a community order and told to abstain from consuming aby alcohol for 90 days. She was told to remain at her residence on Cheddington Lane between 5pm and midnight for two days for a tag to be fitted. She was also told to comply with any instructions of a responsible officer to attend rehabilitation appointments. She must complete a course and was disqualified for 30 months with a reduction period of 30 weeks.

SEAN HENNEY, 32, of Old Johns Close in Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to drug driving. He drove a grey Citroen Belingo vaan on Middleton Stoney Road in Bicester when a proportion of the controlled drug Benzoylecgonine in his blood was found to exceed the specified limit, at 784 micrograms. Henney was handed an obligatory disqualification period of three years and fined £400.

CLAIRE GILL, 46, of Woodpecker Green in Oxford, pleaded guilty to entering and remaining on a premises in contravention of a closure order. Gill remained on the premises at Jane Seaman Court in Oxford without reasonable excuse and in contravention of a closure order issued by the court on October 16 2023. She was fined £100.

ROSS HASELWOOD, 37, of Brookside Close in Rugby, Warwickshire, pleaded guilty to drug driving. He drove a Ford Transit on Oxford Road in Bodicote when a proportion of the drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol was found in his bloodstream at an amount that exceeded the legal limit. He was handed an obligatory disqualification period of 12 months and fined £250.

JACOB OAKLEY, 22, of Reading, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug, namely cannabis. On January 6 2023 the controlled drug of class B was found to be in Oakley’s possession at Newbury in the county of Berkshire. He was told to complete unpaid work of 100 hours within 12 months and ordered to comply with a forfeiture and destruction order.

WILLIAM REILLY, 62, of Greenwich Lane in Witney, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified. He drove a BMW on April 4 of this year on Godstow Road in Oxford. Reilly was given a community order and told to comply with rehabilitation activity with a first review date of December 19 of this year.

DANIEL OWEN, 21, of Marriott Close in Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police at the appointed time. On September 21 of this year he failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford magistrates’ court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on or in September 6 this year at Abingdon. Owen was fined £100. Owen was also handed a community order with mental health treatment for a period of 12 months and rehabilitation activity for obstructing/resisting a constable in order of duty. On September 5 this year at St Giles’ in Oxford he resisted PC O’Sullivan, a constable in the execution of his duty.
