From good old fashioned Christmas shopping to world class impressions, there's plenty to get up to in the Cotswolds this week.

An eclectic musical performance using unique instruments such as a motorcycle tank, and an all-weather play-and-stay group are also up for grabs this week.

Churchfitters

An evening with Churchfitters is memorable for its eclectic mix of instruments and an endearing quirkiness, with the group performing multiple shows across the Cotswolds over the next week.

With a range of instruments including a motorcycle petrol tank, a musical saw and a Mercedes Benzouki made from hubcaps all backing Rosie Short's vocals, Churchfitters promise a unique and memorable evening with tickets available from £15.

The group will perform from 7:30pm until 9pm at Redesdale Hall in Moreton-in-Marsh on Thursday (November 9), Westcote Village Hall on Friday (November 10) and Chedworth Village Hall on Saturday (November 11).

The Marc Bolton Show

Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 11, as 8.45pm will see three-time Mercury News Award winning vocalist Marc Bolton perform at Stanton Village Club in Broadway in "The Marc Bolton Show".

His show features uncanny vocal impressions of stars like Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Barry White, and Barry Gibb, guaranteeing a night packed with laughs.

Tickets are available for £17 with a small booking fee.

Mini Mudders

Finally, every Wednesday from 9-10am, we have the ultimate outdoor stay and play group, Mini Mudders.

Perfect for children between 6 months to 5 years, this playgroup promises a host of activities including a giant mud kitchen, a shepherd’s hut, a sandpit and a range of toys.

Additionally, the site has a sheltered heating area, so don't let a rainy day put you off.

The next class falls on Wednesday (November 8) at Mini Mudders in Chipping Campden.

Always check before attending though, as places must be booked in advance.
