NICOLE GULAVIC, 25, of Dairy Ground, Kings Sutton, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Golf on Harpsicord Place, Oxford. Tests taken after she was arrested on September 6 showed she was almost exactly twice the legal limit, blowing 69mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35mcgs. She was fined £461, banned from driving for 39 months and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £184 victim surcharge.

WILLIAM TIMMIS, 22, of Church Road, Long Hanborough, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and ecstasy tablets in Stanton Harcourt on November 23, 2019. The five ecstasy tablets were described in court documents as ‘orange-coloured ‘LEGO’ brick tablets’. He was fined £240 and ordered to pay £181 in costs and surcharge.

BILAL KHAN, 24, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted damaging hair straighteners, a hair dryer and ‘blowbrush’ belonging to a woman in Oxford on January 8 this year. An allegation that he had assaulted the same woman by beating her was discontinued by the prosecution. Khan was fined £80 for the criminal damage offence, ordered to pay £525 in compensation, and must pay a further £85 in prosecution costs.

STUART NICHOLSON, 47, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment, assault, obstructing a police officer, and stealing razor blades from Superdrug in Oxford on February 24. The magistrates imposed a 12 week prison sentence suspended for a year and a half, with a 12 month alcohol treatment requirement. He was fined £120 for the harassment.

KAELAN SUNDARAJO, 19, of Poultney Place, Carterton, admitted possession of 6.66g of cocaine in Carterton on March 3. He was fined £320 and ordered to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.

GARY WICKENS, 41, of Leach Road, Bicester, admitted stealing two bottles of whiskey from Aldi in Bicester. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £31 in compensation. Wickens must pay £40 in prosecution costs.

JONATHAN COLLINS, 34, of Michaelis Road, Thame, accepted a charge of drunk and disorderly behaviour in Thame on July 19. The magistrates gave him a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered he pay £40 in costs.

LEE SMITH, 32, of Stansfeld Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Nissan Qashqai on the A415 near Abingdon whilst disqualified and uninsured. The offences were committed on July 31. He was fined £800, banned from driving for half a year and must pay £405 in costs and surcharge.

ALI SAJID, 20, of St Martins Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a car on Warneford Lane, Oxford, without a valid licence. He was fined £146, given five points and ordered to pay £143 in costs and surcharge.
