TINA KIRBY, 42, of Boxhedge Square, Banbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Banbury on January 3. She received a six month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £111 in costs and surcharge.

MARK STUART, 53, of Church Street, West Hanney, pleaded guilty to driving a Mini Cooper on Queens Avenue, Kidlington, while over the drink drive limit, without a licence and while uninsured. He was stopped on July 12, with a breath test showing he was more than three times the legal drink-drive limit. He blew 107mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; the limit is 35. He received 100 hours of unpaid work, was fined £120 and banned from driving for four years. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

BRIAN RAYNARD, 50, of Burlington Street, Liverpool, pleaded guilty to driving a black Peugeot on Newbury Road, Didcot, while under the influence of drug benzoylecgonine. He was caught on March 16. He was fined £80, banned from driving for a year and must pay a £32 victim surcharge.

AMY FREEMAN, 19, of Fullers Field, Great Milton, admitted drink driving an Audi A3 on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford on August 19. A breathalyser test showed she had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, around one-and-a-half times the legal limit. She was fined £400, banned from driving for a year and must pay £245 in costs and surcharge.

LEON DRUMMOND, 51, of Easington Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving, driving without and licence and driving without insurance. He was stopped behind the wheel of an Audi A4 on Easington Road, Banbury, on February 9. Tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £146 and disqualified from driving for a year. He must pay a £58 victim surcharge.

GARY WOODWARDS, 30, of Church Road, Wheatley, received a nine month conditional discharge for using disorderly behaviour in Oxford High Street on February 16. He must pay a £26 victim surcharge.

ZAC SANGER-REYNOLDS, 28, of North Hinksey Lane, Oxford, also received a nine month conditional discharge for using disorderly behaviour in High Street, Oxford, on the same date. He must pay £86 in costs and surcharge.

NATHAN STEAR, 19, of Pioneer Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to taking a Toyota Yaris without the owner’s consent in Witney on January 2, making off without paying for fuel at the Hailey Road BP garage, failing to stop for the police and driving it from the High Street to the A4905 in Witney while over the cannabis drug-drive limit. He crashed into three different vehicles before the Toyota was recovered, causing damage to them. He was jailed for 30 weeks, banned from the roads for two years and was ordered to pay £60 in compensation to BP.
