GRAHAM SEYMOUR, 65, of Wokingham Road, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a silver Vauxhall Mokka on Goosey Lane, Goosey, between Faringdon and Wantage, on June 12. Tests showed he had 87mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £450 and banned from driving for 22 months. He was ordered to pay £265 in costs and surcharge.

OLIVER WHITE, 18, of Chaffinch Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra on the A41 at Wendlebury on June 13 while over the alcohol limit, unlicensed and uninsured. A breathalyser test conducted after he was stopped showed he was more than twice the drink-drive limit, blowing 79mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £240, banned from the roads for 20 months and ordered to pay £181 in costs and surcharge.

RUSSELL ALLDAY, 44, of High Street, Cumnor, admitted driving a silver BMW 318 on Marcham Road, Abingdon, on January 25 while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £415, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £251 in costs and surcharge.

TOM EAST, 32, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, admitted stealing £336-worth of ‘miscellaneous items’ from Sainsbury’s at Heyford Hill in February. He was fined £88 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

OWEN CHEETHAM, 24, of Brook View, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Lexmoto Diablo on Parks Road on December 23 last year. Cheetham was fined £300, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £205 in costs and surcharge.

LEANNE NEWLAND, 42, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer in the city on March 19. The magistrates imposed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered the defendant pay £50 in compensation. She must also pay £111 in costs and surcharge.

AARON DAVIES, 37, of Overmead Green, Oxford, admitted drug driving a VW Golf on Iffley Road. Blood tests taken after he was stopped in January showed he was over the legal limit for cannabis. He was fined £450, disqualified from driving for a year and must pay £265 in costs and surcharge.

STEVEN TOMKINSON, 43, of Floyds Row, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Combo van on Between Towns Road in May while he was disqualified from holding a licence. He was banned from the roads for three months, fined £120 and must pay £85 in prosecution costs.

JOSHUA RUSSELL, 30, of Eastfield Road, Witney, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her and damaging her Renault car in May. He received a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and must pay £150 in compensation and £85 in prosecution costs. A restraining order limits his contact with the victim until June next year.

HUSNAIN RIAZ, 29, of Heybarnes Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to driving a Seat Leon on the M40 northbound near Wendlebury while over the drink drive limit. Breath tests when he was stopped on June 5 showed he was twice the legal limit, blowing 73mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Riaz was fined £120, banned from driving for 20 months and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
