A man who stalked a Moreton woman and left her Christmas presents is to be sentenced.
Eamonn Keane, 57, was charged with stalking a woman from Moreton between September 12 and December 24, 2020.
On September 13, Keane posted a comment on her Instagram and the following day visited her house.
Then, on December 23, he visited her home and left Christmas presents for her and her child.
He was convicted of this charge on October 4 of last year.
Keane, of Union Road in Solihull, has also been convicted of using abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause a man in Moreton harassment, alarm of distress.
This offence occurred on December 14, 2020, with Keane convicted on June 30 of this year.
He WAS due at Birmingham Magistrates' Court top be sentenced on Thursday, July 28.
The case had been adjourned to this date to allow for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
