A CAR and stubble was set on fire as travellers have set up in a Cotswold park.
A team of 15 firefighters was called to King Georges Field in Stow on Monday where a car and 200 metres of stubble had caught fire.
Around a dozen caravans arrived on the site on Friday.
Two Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service engines arrived at the field shortly after 10pm.
The team of over a dozen firefighters used two jets to extinguish the flames.
GFRS have said that an investigation into what caused the fire is ongoing.
Stow Town Council has said it will be serving the group with an order to leave today, Wednesday July 27.
