BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER is gearing itself up for Sunday's annual 10K race.
The popular event gets under way at 10.30am from the High Street. Runners will undertake two small laps of the village, then along Rissington Road and back towards the start followed by two more loops.
The course is again a very fast one and runners in the maximum field of 570 are expected to clock excellent times.
Entries were closed before Christmas for one of the most popular races over the distance.
