Class A drugs, cash and an illegal knife were seized as police arrested two men in the Cotswolds.

Officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary’s vanguard team executed two warrants simultaneously in Northleach on Tuesday, July 5.

Two men, one aged 54 and the other 31, were both arrested in connection with the case.

 

In total, £5,000 of cash was seized along with several hundred pounds of suspected crack cocaine and hundreds of pounds worth of cannabis plants.

An illegal knife was also seized

Both men have been bailed to return to police in mid-August.

Police are urging anyone who suspects drug dealing to be taking place in their neighbourhood to report it to them by calling 101 or filling out an online form.
