A Moreton man who had no car insurance has been fined.
William Horn, aged 63, of Todenham Road, was sentenced by Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 23 for driving a motor vehicle on a public road without third party insurance.
He drove a Land Rover without insurance on April 18 on the A44 at Peartree in Oxford.
For the offence of driving without insurance he was fined £450 and he must also pay a surcharge of £45 and costs of £90 - bringing the total to £585.
He also received six points on his driving licence.
