Crowds lined the streets as a fleet of Ferraris descended on the Cotswolds over the weekend.

Around two dozen of the Italian supercars rocked up in Broadway on Sunday morning, a meetup arranged by the Ferrari Owners Club of Great Britain.

Nigel Villiers and Rob Jones, of the Cotswold Area Club, organised the event.

Mr Villiers, 66, is enjoying retirement with his Ferrari 488 Spider after 22 years working for Harley Davidson, a job which took him around the world.

On Sunday’s meet, he said: “I thought it went fantastically.

“All the streets coming into the village were lined with people taking pictures, we were all showing off a bit, and everyone was just having a good time and enjoying themselves.”

Mr Jones added: “There was a wide range of Ferraris, from some of the earliest models right through to the latest ones.

“It couldn’t have been possible without the support of the Broadway Business Association, who helped organise the event and apply for the road closure.”
