A Bourton man has been fined hundreds of pounds for dropping a cigarette.
Daniel Luney, 39 and of Cemetery Lane, will have to pay £429 after dropping a cigarette in Station Street, Birmingham.
The incident happened on October 20 of last year.
At Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 10, Luney was fined £220.
He will also have to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £175.
He must pay the full amount of £429 by June 7, 2022.
