It was a clean sweep for the Labour Party in Chipping Norton as they celebrated three wins in elections last week.
Rizvana Poole comfortably won in the West Oxfordshire District Council elections, with over double the number of votes of her nearest rival.
Mrs Poole finished with 1,237 votes, ahead of Conservative candidate Emma Leeming's 607 and Liberal Democrat Ivan Melet's 185.
A Facebook post from Chipping Norton and District Labour Party read: "Well she's gone and done it!
"Chippy Labour's Rizvana Poole has beaten her nearest rival by a thumping majority.
"Thank you Chipping Norton!
"Rizvana's majority over the Tories was 630, which was more than the Conservative candidate actually polled! This is a huge victory for Labour and is not the first time this has happened."

A by-election was also held for Chipping Norton Town Council.
Steve Akers and Sharon Wheaton were both elected to fill two vacant seats, left by fellow Labour party members.
They beat Conservative candidate Chris Knowles and independent Scott Fisher.
Mr Akers took to Facebook to celebrate the win.
He wrote: "We did it! Very pleased and proud to announce that Sharon Wheaton and I have won the Town Council by-election in Chipping Norton.
"A tremendous team effort has seen us retain these seats for Labour. We will strive to carry on the legacy of Cllr Eve Coles and Cllr Laetisia Carter who held these seats before us.
"It is very humbling to have such trust invested in us by our fellow Chippy residents in voting us onto the Town Council. Now the work begins.
"Proud to be Chippy Labour!"
