The long Easter weekend is here and it's not too late for a getaway, so how about swapping your home for a converted chapel in the Cotswolds?

It's possible through Love Home Swap, a platform that allows you to exchange homes with people for holidays.

We've taken a look at a couple of amazing properties that are not too far away.

Converted Chapel in the Cotswolds

Cotswold Journal:

A converted chapel set in the Oxfordshire village of Standlake near Witney.

The chapel is filled with natural daylight and is warm and airy with underfloor heating throughout. A wood pellet fire in the living room and giant projector home cinema screen make for fun evenings in. There is also a small garden.

Inside there are two double bedrooms the (master bedroom has its own separate dressing room), kitchen and dining room with 7m high ceilings, a utility room with laundry facilities, a wet room family bathroom, a living room on the 1st floor with balcony over the floor below and a mezzanine above on the 2nd floor with elevated views over the property.

Cotswold Journal:

There is off street parking and plenty of space to park on the village green outside the front of the chapel.

There is a small row boat that you can use on the River Thames at the Maybush Inn (1km away).
