A POPULAR Vale animal attraction could soon be on the move.

All Things Wild, in Station Road in Honeybourne, has been listed for sale by Tim Cox Associates.

Project development manager at the attraction, Victoria Faller, has now confirmed it is planning to move to a bigger site in Stratford.

She said: "All Things Wild has been in operation from this site in Honeybourne since 2012 and in recent years it has become an aspiration for the facility to continue to expand in order to provide better facilities for a greater number of visitors and provide larger, more naturalistic enclosures for our animals.

"All efforts to expand the facility in Honeybourne have proved unsuccessful, such that the search for a larger site began in 2019 when they were subsequently able to secure land at Willicote Farm within the neighbouring district of Stratford-on-Avon. All Things Wild are in the process of submitting a planning application to the district council to enable their relocation."

Mrs Faller added that it is unclear what will happen to the current site, although it has been touted as a site for future housing developments.

She said: "The existing site in Honeybourne is under an option agreement with AC Lloyd Group of Leamington, who own Willicote Farm and are working with ATW to help them relocate.

"The future use of the existing site in Honeybourne is uncertain at this stage, as it will be subject to necessary planning approvals.

"However, the Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan has zoned the site for employment development and it is also being promoted through the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review process as a potential future housing site.

There is a catch to the sale as potential buyers will not be able to use the site as a animal attraction.
