A Cotswold woman who was caught by police using her mobile phone whilst driving is to appear in court later this week.
Fiona Thomas, 45, of High Street, Chipping Campden, will appear at Bromley Magistrates Court on Friday after police caught her looking down at a mobile phone in her left hand instead of the road.
Thomas was driving her car, a Volkswagen, on the A4 Chiswick Roundabout in South London on July 7, 2021, when the incident occurred.
She was due in court in February however the case was adjourned for a “non-standard reason”.
