MULTIPLE officers were involved in a standoff with a mentally unwell man who was making threats with a knife at a home in Malvern.
Police were called to the address in Welland yesterday (Wednesday) where the man was found making threats with the knife.
Officers confirmed no one was injured during the incident.
They've also thanked residents for their patience while they dealt with the man.
A spokesperson for Malvern Police said: "Thank you to the residents of Welland yesterday who were all very understanding, accommodating and patient while multiple officers dealt with a mentally unwell male making threats with a knife in an address.
"The incident ended without serious injury."
