Police visited a local school earlier today to share some important lessons with the children.
Shipston Neighbourhood officers visited Quinton Primary School on Tuesday morning, meeting the year one class of Mrs Longfield.
Police informed the students about the role the police play in the community, and how they can keep safe.
A statement from Shipston SNT read: "Mrs Longfield's year one children had great fun learning about the police as 'people who can help us' and were enthusiastic participants in discussions around trustworthy people and stranger danger.
"Some budding new recruits to the Warwickshire force too!"
