Now police have released a CCTV image of Mr Watkins when he was last seen.

In this photo he is shown wearing a dark green canvas jacket with a black hooded top underneath, black beanie, dark blue jeans and black shoes with white marks/stripes on the outer edges, possibly an ‘R’ or three white Adidas stripes.

Mr Watkins himself is described as white, six foot tall, of a stocky build with short brown hair.

It is believed Mr Watkins may have been in Shropshire at the end of last week.

He is reported to have grown a beard and moustache and was wearing glasses which were thick-framed at the top and was carrying a black or dark grey rucksack, which looked well-worn, over both shoulders.

Police ask for any sightings to be reported by calling 101 and quoting incident 343 of November 15.
