Despite the Stamp Duty holiday ending in June, there is no stamp duty pay on two homes available at Kingfisher Meadows in Witney.

Although the holiday was initially supposed to come to an end in March 2021, the Government extended it to June 2021, saving buyers thousands on houses worth less than £500,000.

David Wilson Homes is offering an Ashtree-style four-bedroom home and a four-bedroom Bradgate-style home without additional fees to pay.

The cost of Stamp Duty on the Ashtree, priced at £525,000, would have been £13,750.

The Bradgate is exempt from Stamp Duty fees and comes with £5,800 of luxury extras.

Priced at £580,000, it has a large garage and driveway, a premium soft-close kitchen with integrated appliances and lighting and an en-suite in the main bedroom.

There is also a ground floor study for working from home.

In the first few months of the year-long Stamp Duty holiday, buyers in England saved £108 million, with 59 per cent of Oxford-based buyers being eligible for the tax reprieve .

Steve Barton, Senior Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Mercia, said: “The Stamp Duty holiday was a fantastic boost for new homebuyers last year and, although the deadline to make the most of the savings has passed, we would like to offer another helping hand for potential buyers.

“These are homes that we are extremely proud of and invite you to book an appointment to meet with our sales advisers to discuss further.”

The offer for the Stamp Duty reprieves is currently set to end on Sunday 29th August.
