ONE of Hollywood's most famous homes has been immortalised in gingerbread to mark 30 years since the release of one of the most beloved Christmas films of all time.
To mark three decades since Home Alone hit cinemas, Disney+ has unveiled an incredible 1.7m gingerbread replicating the iconic McCallister house, where a young Macauley Culkin - who played Kevin McCallister - gave bumbling crooks Harry and Marv - played by Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern - the runaround after being left home alone for Christmas.
Award-winning artist and cake designer Michelle Wibowo was commissioned to recreate the film set using edible ingredients.
Iconic characters and other unforgettable items have been given the full festive gingerbread treatment. In total, the creation includes 63 trees, 33 windows, 14 pizza boxes and six lamp posts.
Home Alone joins the lineup of festive favourites for Disney+ this year.
