A CIRENCESTER man has been given an electronic tag and placed under curfew after he was caught drink-driving.
Tomasz Waszkiewicz, 37, of Watermoor Road, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 20.
Magistrates heard how Waszkiewicz was stopped by police on Love Lane, Cirencester, on August 30, this year.
Waszkiewicz was found to have 132 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was given a 12-week curfew with electronic monitoring which prevents him leaving the house between 8pm and 5am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until February 7.
Waszkiewicz was ordered to carry out 160 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.
He was also banned from holding a licence for 31 months and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £180.
