POLICE have reported a bizarre incident in which a car they stopped after an illegal overtaking manoeuvre was found to have three children laying across the back with no seatbelts on.
The incident happened on Sunday, near Middletown, with Dyfed Powys Police officers reminding the occupants to 'sit properly'.
A spokesman for Newtown's Roads Policing Unit said: "Vehicle travelling near Middletown decided to overtake another vehicle on solid whites, in front of marked police car.
"Stopped, back seats were down and three children lay across the back with no seatbelts. Reported and made to sit properly. #Fatal5"
