Twenty-two tourists were issued warnings by police in Bourton-on-the-Water.
Three members of Cotswold Police's neighbourhood police team went to the village following reports of lockdown restrictions being breached.
Fines have been handed out on multiple occasions during the last month to people breaching regulations in the village.
Previously people have been caught socialising with friends and coming from another county to visit the village.
