A COTSWOLD hotel is up for sale for a guide price of £2.6 million.

The Grade II listed Dial House Hotel in Bourton-on-the-Water has been put on the market for the guide price.

The Cotswolds building dates back to 1698 and is now run as a 15 en-suite bedroom hotel.

The property has recently been renovated and, alongside the bedrooms, offers two refurbished dining areas and a bar lounge. A spacious garden can accommodate a marquee and up to 120 guests.

Located on Bourton-on-the-Water’s High Street, The Dial House Hotel is well located for all of the Cotswolds’ attractions.

Savills, on behalf of The Barons Eden Group, has brought it to market.

James Greenslade, associate in the hotels team at Savills, said: “The Dial House Hotel is a fantastic period property and has been renovated to a high standard.

"Located in the attractive village of Bourton-on-the-Water, the hotel is popular with visitors to the Cotswolds and has further potential for conversion to a wedding venue.”
