THE anti-Brexit battle bus visited Shipston as part of its tour of the country.
Pro-European supporters have crowdfunded the bus with grassroots groups supporting its whistle-stop tour.
The Boris Bus, which promised £350million for the NHS if the UK voted Leave, did the rounds in the run up to the 2015 referendum. This bus is the same red colour but with a very different message on its side, stating: “Brexit to cost £2,000million a week... says the government’s own report” and poses the question “Is is worth it.”
Charles Seaford, one of the organisers of the 14 day national tour, said: “We have been getting a lot of attention. We are not campaigning specifically for another referendum.
"We are providing the facts, and people can make their own judgement.”
The bus was in Shipston on Monday.
