I REGULARLY use the pet store car park in Swan Lane.
On Saturday, July 18, I used the car park during the afternoon.
At the time the ticket machine was not working.
At the time there were several other people trying to use the machine.
Then on August 5, I received a non-payment notice.
I appealed against this notice. And today, August 20, received word that this notice had been cancelled. I hope they also appealed the parking notice.
