SHIPSTON Town Council is back to pull strength following the co-otion of resident Brian Cooper.
Councillor Cooper is a former Nationwide Building Society manager who currently works at one of Shipston's Co-op stores. He was welcomed to the council by Cllr Fay Ivens saying she was impressed with his commitment to the local community, particularly through his former membership of Stour Valley Lions.
