POLICE would like to speak to the driver of a navy blue Ford who is believed to be involved in a hit and run in Shipston.
The incident happened in Mill Street on Thursday, July 10 at 8.07am, just before the junction with New Street.
A 14-year-old girl, who was crossing the road at the time, was hit by the vehicle and the driver failed to stop. She suffered minor injuries.
The driver was described as a white man in his mid-forties with short dark brown hair, the same length all over and gelled at the top. He was wearing a light grey suit and a grey tie at the time of the incident.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or knows who the driver is, is urged to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 90 of July 10th.
