A DOUBLE Grand National-winning jockey is set to face disciplinary action by the British Horseracing Authority after it was alleged he made a racial comment at a Cotswold pub.
Carl Llewellyn, now an assistant trainer to Nigel Twiston-Davies, is accused of making the comment at The Hollow Bottom pub, in Guiting Power, on Monday, March 10 ahead of the Cheltenham Festival.
He could face a maximum three-year ban from the sport if found guilty at the Disciplinary Panel hearing taking place tomorrow at 11am.
The original enquiry, due to be heard last Thursday, was postponed at his request.
