PROG rock band Pendragon will return to their hometown of Stroud for a special gig. The foursome have spent 25 years away from the town, building their reputation on a wider stage. In 1982, they shot to fame when they toured with Marillion and the following year they performed in front of 30,000 people at Reading Festival. Pendragon will perform at The Subscription Rooms on Friday, May 7, at 7.45pm. Tickets cost £10 in advance or £12 on the door. To book, call 01453 760900 or visit subscriptionrooms.org.uk.
