Pranayama Yoga
Learn the Art of Pranayama Yoga. We start with the Slip Second which is a mental relaxation exercise to clear the mind at will. Followed by the Foundation Breathing exercises to calm the system. The first movements of Pranayama Yoga commence with the Lotus sequence, then the Mogra and finally the Cobra sequence. The session finishes with Deep Relaxation.
