A WORCESTERSHIRE business telecoms firm has expanded its staff with two new sales executives.

Armstrong Bell has hired Lina Hayward-Hojajj and Liam Webb to join and help businesses across the region maintain remote or hybrid working systems during the coronavirus lockdown.

With more than eight years working in sales and communications, Mr Webb has specialist knowledge of how cloud or internet-based telephone solutions enable businesses to make a success of remote working.

In contrast, Miss Hayward-Hojajj is taking on her first role in the telecoms industry, bringing with her experience of sales and customer service to help with forming customer relationships.

The expansion comes five months after Armstrong Bell appointed Nick Lake as head of sales.

He joined the firm in April this year after a lengthy career as sales director for BT.

He will be working alongside Lina and Liam to help the company, which has 20 staff and was set up by William Copley in 2001, attempt to double its turnover to £4million in the next three years.

Liam Webb said: “I am delighted to have joined Armstrong Bell and within a matter of weeks already feel part of the team.

“Both Nick and Will are incredibly passionate about the business and in helping their customers create new, smart ways of working that will enable them to easily overcome any challenges, such as a second lockdown, without impacting business operations.

“I now look forward to learning from them and supporting them in achieving Armstrong Bell’s longer-term business objectives.”

Lina Hayward-Hojaij added: “I am incredibly excited to have joined Armstrong Bell at such an interesting time for both the business and wider telecoms industry.

“I already feel at home within the team and I have had a really good time getting to know everyone.

“Long term, I aim to become a fundamental member of the sales team, whilst supporting the continuous growth of the business.”

Headquartered in Bromsgrove, Armstrong Bell employs a dedicated team of 20 staff members.
