I AM delighted to talk about two international companies that we have recently supported in the county.

We’ve been able to help Aspenify, an internationally renowned management software company, to move into one of Worcestershire’s game changer sites, the Malvern Hills Science Park. Aspenify are well known for providing personalised strategic management software for customers all over the world, helping them to grow and innovate.

Alongside this recent success, Aspenify held their product launch event in Silicon Valley at the end of November. So we’re delighted that the company are looking to utilise their new high-quality office space and local support network to facilitate the successful launch of their UK business.

We have also seen the global mobility business, Sofico, announce plans to double their team within a year at their UK headquarters in Malvern. With 30 years’ experience in the automotive finance and leasing market, Sofico have gained a reputation as industry experts that are able to help businesses to understand the markets of automotive finance, leasing and buying.

The rapidly expanding business already employs 310 staff across 8 offices worldwide and we have been able to help them with their early recruitment in Malvern.

What’s most pleasing is that Sofico chose to locate its UK headquarters in Worcestershire due to the county’s great location and reputation as a tech hub. We were thrilled to be able to support both of these businesses’ growth ambitions., by recognising their needs and working collaboratively with them and the right partners. We know that the county continues to be an attractive location for businesses and I am confident that we will continue to see many more business success stories to come.
