NORTH CLAINES PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION
ORDER 2018
On 17th September 2018 Wychavon District Council confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert that length and the whole width of public footpath no. NC-502, North Claines running from point A, Ordnance Survey "OS" OS grid reference SO 83730, 59386, in a north-easterly direction for 143 metres to point C, OS grid reference SO 83829, 59486 to a footpath running from point A, OS grid reference SO 83730, 59386, in an
east-north-easterly turning northerly direction for 148 metres to point B, OS grid reference SO 83823, 59477, then continuing in a north-north-easterly direction for 11 metres to point C, OS
grid reference SO 83829,59486, as shown on
the Order Map.
A copy of the Confirmed Order and the Order map and an explanatory statement may be seen free of charge at the Wychavon District Council's offices at the Civic Centre, (address below), or at The Droitwich Community Contact Centre, The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, Worcestershire. WR9 8DQ during normal office hours on Monday to Friday (inclusive). Copies of the Order and map may be purchased there at a price of £2.00.
This order comes into force on the date on which Wychavon District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under s.287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act.
