7th June 2018 to 7th July 2018

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400502 Campden Lane from outside
the property known as Top House to approximately 100 metres east of the property known as
Hill Spring Cottage. The total distance of the closure will be approximately 160 metres.
The reason for the closure is to excavate a trench in the carriageway to lay new mains
electricity cable for new supplies.
The road is expected to be closed from 09:00 on 11th June 2018 until 17:00 on the
22nd June 2018 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please

Lane, B4632 Lower Farm to Willersey, B4632 Main Street, 400502 Campden Lane.

an Environmental Statement
Proposed development at Nosehill Farm, Naunton Quarry
(Formerly known as Huntsmans Quarry), Buckle Street, Gloucestershire, GL54 3BA.
Infilling of land using site derived quarry waste with restoration to agriculture.
Application No. 16/0049/CWMAJM (District Reference 17/04778/CPO).
I give NOTICE that Breedon Aggregates England Ltd has submitted additional
information to Gloucestershire County Council in respect of the Planning Application and the
Environmental Statement submitted with the Planning Application.
The following further information in relation to the Environmental Statement comprises of
details submitted to the Waste Planning Authority since the submission of the EIA application in
November 2017. The information is provided within the following appendices and comprises:
Appendix 1 - Email correspondence dated 10 January 2018
Appendix 2 - Addendum of Air Quality and Dust Monitoring (DustScan AQ, January 2018)
Appendix 3 - Email correspondence between Planning Officer and Agent 4 January -

Appendix 5 - Email correspondence dated 21 March including the draft southern extension
working and restoration scheme for Naunton Quarry

and other documents submitted with it at either Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road,
Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 1PX or Gloucestershire County Council, Planning &
Development Unit, Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TH, during all reasonable hours, or online
at Notification of the application has also been
forwarded to Naunton Parish Council, Temple Guiting Parish Council and Upper Slaughter
Parish Council.

the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 all correspondence received can be
made available for inspection by the applicant or any interested third party on request.
