NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP AND CREATION OF NEW FOOTPATH ORDER
Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Schedule 14
Wychavon District Council PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP AND CREATION OF NEW FOOTPATH ORDER 2017 Footpath 545 (Part), Broadway, Worcestershire.
The above Order was made on 7 November 2017. The effect of the Order will be to STOP UP part of the existing Footpath No. 545 Broadway running from Point A (OS Map reference 409239 237205) across open meadow in an overall north-westerly direction through Point B (OS Map reference 409228 237217) on to Point C (OS Map reference 409200 237242) and then north-easterly following the bank of Bunches Brook to Point D (OS Map reference 409056 237448) where it continues as Footpath No.545 as shown on the Order Plan (the Plan). Such footpath is shown by a solid black line on the Plan and being approximately 308 metres in length. AND CREATE a new footpath running from Point D (OS Map reference 409056 237448) in a south-westerly direction along the field edge for approximately 341 metres to Point E (OS Map reference 408833 237194), then south-easterly along the edge of the field for approximately 63 metres to Point F (OS Map reference 408879 237167) where access can be made to Footpath no.582, then continuing in a south-easterly direction along the edge of the field for approximately 178 metres to Point G (OS Map reference 409028 237073) where it exits on to West End Lane,immediately adjoining Footpath no.574, all as shown on the Plan. Such footpath is shown by solid black dashes on the Plan and shall be 2 metres in width with a clear verge both sides of 1 metre and will be approximately 582 metres in length. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to The Legal Services Manager, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT (ref. Legal/PMH/FP1.54) not later than 19 December 2017. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wychavon District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment,Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
