The effect of the Order as confirmed is the STOPPING UP of the entire width of that length of the public footpath No.168/1 running from Kingham Road OS Grid Ref SP 2812,2423 (Point E) in a southerly direction for approximately 255 metres to OS Grid Ref SP 2809, 2397 (Point D) and shown on the Order Plan by a bold black continuous line between Points D-E AND CREATE the alternative footpath running from Kingham Road OS Grid Ref SP 2809, 2424 (Point A) and extends
in a south-westerly direction for approximately 57.5 metres to OS Grid Ref SP
2807,2419 (Point B), then in a southerly direction for approximately 94 metres to OS Grid Ref SP 2806,2410 (Point C), then heads in a generally south-easterly direction for a total of approximately 120 metres to OS Grid Ref SP 2812, 2423 (Point D), to re-join the unaffected route of the footpath at Hacker's Lane as shown on the Order Plan by a bold dashed line between Points A-B-C-D.

Copies of the Order and Plan may be purchased there, at the price of £ I for the first A4 sheet and 20p per sheet thereafter.
This Order comes into force on the date on which the Oxfordshire County Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with, but if any person aggri eved by the Order desi res to questi on its validity or that of any
provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the
above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with i n relati on to the confirmati on of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date on whi ch the Noti ce i s fi rst publi shed as required by paragraph 7 of schedule 14 to that Act.
