Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an order to temporarily close under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of 3/106 Fiddlers Green from outside Temple Guiting House to outside The Old Rectory, atotal distance of approximately 200 metres The reason for the closure is for rebuilding roadside wall

TEMPORARYCLOSURE OF HWY9 WILLERSEY COTSWOLD DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath HWY9 from its junction with Hays Close and running in agenerally west south westerly direction for approximately 47 metres

The closure is necessarytoallow for sewer construction works within the Footpath

The Order will come into force on the 8th August 2017 and it is anticipated that the public right of waywill

close on that dayuntil 29th August 2017 However should it be necessarytocontinue the closure for longer

than this period the Order can authorise the closure for up to six months After this date if the closure is still

required it will be necessarytoapply to the SecretaryofState for an extension of time
