GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 20MPH AND 30MPH SPEED LIMITS LONGBOROUGH ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th June 2017 Gloucestershire County Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20mph and 30mph on the lengths of roads described in Schedule 1 and 2 below

Ganborough Road 3/130
From its junction with the centreline of Church Street (40576) for a distance of 65 metres in a westerly direction
School Square 3/130
For its entire length.
Church Street 40576
For its entire length.
Charlesway 40576
For its entire length.
Moreton Road 3/130
From a point 50 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Charlesway (40576) to its junction with High Street (40577).
Orchard Rise 45590
For its entire length.
Banks Fee Lane 40578
For its entire length.
High Street 40577
From its junction with Moreton Road (3/130) to a point 10 metres west of its junction with Old Rectory Gardens (45623).
Old Rectory Gardens 45623
For its entire length.
SCHEDULE 2 30mph Speed Limit
Ganborough Road 3/130 "
From a point 65 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Church Street (40576), for a distance of 260 metres in a westerly direction.
Moreton Road 3/130
From a point 50 metres east of its junction with Charlesway (40576) for a distance of 325 metres in an easterly direction.
40577 - known in part as High Street
From a point 10 metres west of its junction with Old Rectory Gardens (45623), for a distance of 110 metres in a south-westerly direction.
The lengths of roads fall within the Longborough Parish and Campden Vale Ward in the Cotswold District in the County of Gloucestershire Acopy of the Order which comes into effect on the 13th July 2017 together with the relevant plan and statement of reasons may be inspected during normal office hours at the Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG and Stow on the Wold Library, St Edwards Hall, The Square, Stow GL54 1AF (please quote reference LW/63297 or can be viewed at http://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/tros Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement to that Act or any Statutory Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
