APPLICATION FOR PREMISES TO BE APPROVED AS A VENUE FOR MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIP CEREMONIES

Buckland Manor Hotel Buckland. Nr Broadway, Worcestershire, WR12 7LY

Notice is given that Buckland Manor Hotel have applied for the parts of those premises known asThe Morning Room (occupancy 20), The Dining Room (occupancy 60), The Vaulted Room (occupancy 10), and The Summer House (occupancy 6), to be approved as venues for marriages in pursuance of Section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act. 1949 and Section 6 (3A)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004. The application is to renew for a further three years an approval that is due to expire on 1st March 2017.

Any objections to the approval of theses premises as suitable venues for the performance ofcivil marriages and civil partnership registrations under the terms of the Actmustbe submitted in writing giving full details of the reasons for the objection. Theyshould be addressed to the undersigned to arrive within 21 days ofthe date ofpublication of this notice. Any objection received will become a public document, and a copy of the objection will be made available to the applicant. Acopy of the plan showing rooms concerned is available for inspection.
