2. The Gloucestershire On-Street Parking Order 2017 shall come into operation on the 2nd February 2017 and may be cited as the Gloucestershire On Street Parking Order 2017. This administrative change updates the basis of all parking restrictions in Gloucestershire, and therefore affects every District and Parish. A copy of the sealed Order together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons, may be inspected during normal working hours any Gloucestershire County Council Library, or at Main Reception Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TG (Please quote reference JKS/62589) or can be viewed at www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/parking. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Variation or any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement to that Act or any Statutory Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Variation may within six weeks of the date on which the Variation is made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
