TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND NO PARKING AND NO WAITING ALONG 400502 CAMPDEN LANE WILLERSEY COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an order to temporarily close under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of 400502 Campden Lane from the junction with 400503 Campden Lane
to County Boundary to outside Willersey House, a total distance of approximately 480 metres.
The reason for the closure is for Highway Drainage repair
There will be no parking and no waiting throughout the duration of the works.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY KAB 1) (PARISH OF COLD ASTON) DIVERSION ORDER 2016 On the 11th January 2017 the Gloucestershire County Counci confirmed the above Order under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert a length of public bridleway as described in the Schedule Acopy of the Order as confirmed and plan annexed to the Order ("Order Plan") may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Glos, GL7 1PX. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be obtained free of charge (please quote reference KAB/1/MBT).The Ordercomes into force as from
11th January 2017 but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that any requirements of the Act, or of any regulations made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order,
he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 of the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from the date on which notice is first published, apply to the High Court John Lane, Public Rights of Way lead Officer, Gloucestershire County Council, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG.
