NOTICE is hereby given that Taste Festivals Ltd applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 14th December 2016 to use premises at Churchill Heath Farm, Kingham, OX7 6UJ to increase capacity at a family music and food event each summer, called The Big Feastival (or variations on this name), involving the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment and extend the hours of live music to be inline with the current premises license for that of recorded music. The additional hours of late night live music will be limited to non-amplified music performance only.
The extension for the provision of live music will cover
Friday 23:00 until 01:00
Saturday 23:00 until 01:00
Sunday 23:00 until 23:30
Hours premises are open to the public
Monday 11:00 until 12:00
Increase in overall capacity for the event to 24,999
Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of objection by 11th January 2017. Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives, prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm.
