Proposed development at The Lygon Arms Hotel, High Street, Broadway, WR12 7DU. I give notice that London Regional Properties are applying to Wychavon District Council for planning permission for:
Conversion of the Old Engine House for hotel administration. Refurbishment of existing garden buildings, conversion of existing store building to guest suites and conversion of former piggery building to a creche facility. Modifications and refurbishment to Colwyn's Store and demolition of existing garden store buildings (stores 1 and 2). Erection of a new events building, 5 new guest suites in hotel gardens and new garden store building. Replacement staff accommodation. Reconfiguration of the car parking areas and associated landscaping works of the site. Alterations to Back Lane to provide pedestrian walkway. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Planning Services, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR10 1PT by 29th May 2020.
