Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (District of Wychavon - Pershore) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 [Resident/Visitor Permit Holders Only Parking on Priest Lane, Pershore]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to INTRODUCE Resident/Visitor Permit Holders Only Parking on the following lengths and side of road in Pershore:-

Priest Lane (east side) from a point 28 metres south of its junction with High Street for a distance of 74 metres in a southerly direction; from a point 126 metres south of its junction with High Street for a distance of 27 metres in a southerly direction. Properties eligible for permits: odd numbers 1 - 9, even numbers 18 - 34, 65 - 67. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Station Road, Pershore, Worcs., WR101PT and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. (District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 [Prohibition of Waiting on Farm Street, Fladbury]

WorcestershireCountyCouncilaretoconsidermakinganOrdertheeffectofwhich will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Fladbury: -

Farm Street (west side) from its junction with Paynes Lane for a distance of 25 metres in a north easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptionstoallowparking/accessforcertainpurposesandlimitedwaiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(Footpath NM-545 (part), North and Middle Littleton)(Temporary Closure

Order) 2020

Order made: to close part of Footpath NM-545 (part), North and Middle Littleton. TheOrderhasbeenmadeduetoconstructionworkofahousingdevelopmentwhich may cause the likelihood ofdanger to the public.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highwayaffectedwherethereisnootherformofaccess;andtoallowthenecessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: North and Middle Littleton Footpaths NM-537, NM-543, U45032 Manor Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 9 March 2020.

(C2263 Rous Lench to Ab Lench, South Lenches) (Temporary Closure)

Order made: to close that part of Rous Lench to Ab Lench from its junction with C2263AbLenchRoadforadistanceof125metresinasoutherlydirection. Reason: New/ReplacementElectrical Cable.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnootherformofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: C2263 Rous Lench to Ab Lench, C2022 The Green, C2011 Radford Road, C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Road, C2011 Low Road, C2263 Main Street, C2263 Ab Lench and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 9 March 2020.

(A44 Worcester Road, Norton and Lenchwick) (Temporary 20 MPH Speed Limit)

Order) 2020

Order made: to impose a temporary 20 mph speed limit on that part of A44 Worcester Road 280 metres west of C2121 Chadbury Road for a distance of 450metresinanortherlydirection. Reason: New/Replacement Water Main. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 51 days Commencing:

11 March 2020.

(Priest Lane, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020

Proposed Order: to close that part of Priest Lane from its junction with B4084 High Street to its junction with Church Row. Reason: Footway Reconstruction Works.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnootherformofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: B4084 High Street, Church Street, Church Row and vice versa. Maximumduration:6Months.Anticipatedduration:22DaysCommencing:1 April

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnootherformofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: B4084 Pershore Road, U44713 New Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 30 days Commencing:

9 March 2020.

(Rynal Place, Evesham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020

Order made: to close that partofRynal Place from its junction outside number 99 to its junction outside number 93 (traffic to flow in a one-way clockwise direction). Reason: New/Replacement Gas Mains.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected
