The reason for the closure is for carriageway resurfacing. There will be no parking or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works. The roads are expected to be closed and restricted on a rolling programme commencing 1st August 2019 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closure/ restriction is in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closure/restriction taking effect. This order can permit the closure/restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 7th October 2019. TEMPORARY CLOSURE 3/257 STUMPWELL LANE (NORTH NIBLEY PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/257 Stumpwell Lane opposite its junction with Daisy Green Lane for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a southerly direction from the junction.
The reason for the closure is carry out the installation of a new water connection.
The road is expected to be closed on 12th August 2019 until 14th August 2019 or until the
