NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Oxfordshire County Council, Churchill Footpath No. 4 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019. The Order, made on 18th June 2019, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 68m of Churchill Fp 4 that runs through the new properties Nos 1 and 5 Eversley Lane (at the Churchill Rise development) from OS Grid Reference SP 2813 2416 south-eastwards to SP 2817 2414 and then eastwards and north-eastwards to SP 2818 2413 to a line running along the very northern boundary of the development site (and outside of Nos 1 and No.5 Eversley Lane) for 55m south-south-eastwards from SP 2813 2416 to SP 2818 2413to re-join the existing route of Churchill Fp 4 as shown on the Order map. Copies of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be purchased from Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX11ND, at the price of £3.50 per Order. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND not later than 26th July 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

The County Council will consider all correspondence received in response to this Notice of the Order making. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
