MALCOLM STEWART Hazel and the Family would like to thank those who came to say farewell to Malcolm and for all the kind messages of sympathy. Also for the donations we received. Our thanks go to Doctor Julia Lloyd and the Team of Campden Home Nurses and District Nurses who attended Malcolm. Thanks also go to Martin Grinnell for his excellent support and funeral arrangements and the Reverend Philip Morton for the lovely service. Finally for my loving family for all their support, love and comfort.
